Shipping & Returns
We ship our aperitifs straight from the factory to your door! Price and delivery method depends on your location. Please note, we are currently shipping orders within Ontario only. Canada wide shipping coming soon!
Toronto - Hand Delivery Zone
|Delivery Area:||All Toronto addresses with M postal codes. Your aperitifs will be delivered to your door by a member of the Armando Team or our courier.|
|Shipping Cost:||Free on all orders over $60! $10 for orders under $60|
|Delivery Days:||We deliver Toronto orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Order by 2pm the day before for next day delivery|
Order cut off is 2pm before our next delivery day. eg. for Tuesday delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm Monday, and for Friday delivery orders must be placed by 2pm Thursday. Orders received after 2pm will ship the next delivery day.
Rest of Ontario
|Delivery Area:||Any Ontario address, outside of Toronto.|
|Delivery Method:||Canada Post|
|Shipping Cost:||Free on all orders over $100, otherwise a $12 shipping fee will apply.|
|Delivery Time:||3 - 7 business days, depending on location. Tracking will be provided.|
How does home delivery work?
Hand Delivery zone:
Your order will be delivered to your door by a member of the Armando team. Someone 19+ must be home to accept the order. We cannot leave orders unattended.
We'll text you a delivery window the day before your order ships and provide updates during the delivery
Canada Post Shipping;
Your order will be delivered by Canada post. If you are not home to receive your package it will be redirected to your closest post office for pick up with ID.
Can somebody else accept my delivery?
Yes, your order can be accepted by anybody 19+ at the address.
We will only send delivery updates to the phone number entered at checkout, so if you know someone else will be accepting your order we recommend entering their number (with their permission of course)
I won't be home for my delivery! Can I reschedule?
Yes! If you won't be available during our scheduled delivery window, please reply back to our text message right away to reschedule.
Failed deliveries will be re-attempted one time on our next scheduled delivery date. If we are unable to deliver a second time your order will only be available to be picked up from our warehouse at a pre-arranged time.
Can I pick my order up at the winery?
While we don't have a full retail store at the winery, a few times a month we offer a local pick up option. If available, this will show at checkout as 'Winery Pick up'. All pick up orders must still be placed via our online store.
Please note, winery pick up is not available other than on the specified pick up days. Our Instagram page is the best place to find out about upcoming dates for local pick up.
Do you ship to the rest of Canada?
Not yet! We plan on opening shipping up to the rest of the country as soon as possible. For updates on Canada-wide shipping follow us on Instagram.
Do you ship to the United States / Other Countries?
No, we are only able to sell and ship our products to Canadian addresses.
A bottle broke in my shipment!
If you notice an issue with your shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with a photo of the damage and we'll get a replacement out to you ASAP.
