We make our Bitter Aperitivo by extracting 12 carefully selected botanicals including gentian root, horehound, juniper berries, and fresh citrus peels in our fortified wine base.
With notes of fresh and bitter orange, floral complexity and a classic bitter backbone, it's a balanced take on the style. A perfect upgrade in your next Negroni, Spritz, or other favourite cocktail.
