Rosso Sweet Vermouth

Vermouth di Toronto!

Taking inspiration from the classic sweet vermouths of Torino and Spain, we put our own spin on the style. We slowly extract botanicals including kola nut, chicory, elderflower, and bitter orange peel in our fortified wine base. We then add a made-in-house organic caramel to add colour and sweeten.

The result is a complex and balanced vermouth. Initial flavours of warm spices, mexican coke, and caramel give way to  spring flowers and aromatic mountain herbs, ending in a light bitter sweet finish. It's excellent served on its own with ice or with soda, and even better paired with our Bitter Aperitivo in an Americano or Negroni.

Sweet vermouth was our gateway drug into the wide world of aperitifs, and we're thrilled to share our take on it with you.
